The Breakfast Basket

A wicker basket filled with freshly baked mini muffins, bagels, scones, croissants and danish served with sweet cream butter, cream cheese and strawberry preserve and is garnished with grapes and strawberries.
Sweet Bread Basket
48 hours notice - $7.50 per person
A wicker basket of decadent sweet treats including sliced chocolate bread, cherry foccacia, sticky buns and sugar coated brioche served with sweet cream butter and homemade jam.
Spice It Up!
$5.00-$7.00 per container
Add a flavored cream cheese to the breakfast baskets and choose from cinnamon walnut, scallion, salmon or vegetable. (Serves 6-8)
Jump Start Breakfast Wrap Basket
(8 person minimum)
$6.75 per person
An assortment of wrap sandwiches designed just for breakfast: scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, bacon and tomato; egg whites with cheddar and peppers; western omelets with swiss cheese. All wraps are served hot in a chafing dish and are served with Heinz ketchup, salt and pepper.
Challah French Toast Triangles

French toast triangles served at room temperature on a platter, dusted with powdered sugar and served with mixed berries and a maple syrup infused whipped cream.

A cheese board of bocconini, brie, sliced Swiss & provolone garnished with fruits of the season and served with sliced breads.
Top-Of-The Morning Breakfast Sandwich Platter

A breakfast platter with mini egg salad sandwiches on 7-grain, mini croissants with black forest ham and brie, mini raisin nut rolls with goat cheese and apple, and mini bagels with cream cheese and smoked salmon.
Breakfast at Tiffany's

A platter of mini croissant sandwiches filled with several different combinations including: camembert and grilled pear, BLT's, smoked salmon, caper butter and paper thin sliced lemon, and muenster cheese with homemade raspberry preserve.
Smoked Norwegian Salmon Platter

A platter of thinly sliced salmon, cream cheese, capers, red onions and plum tomatoes garnished with lemon wedges and accompanied by a basket of freshly sliced bagels.
California Breakfast Bar
(12 person minimum)

This breakfast bar is set up so you and your guests can help yourself to an excellent choice for a high protein start to the day. The items are displayed in glass bowls and offer an assortment of low fat cottage cheese, low fat yogurt, fruit salad, homemade granola, dried cranberries and chopped nuts.
